The Herbert family have been baking in Bristol for over forty years and during that time our hand crafted methods have been refined to produce many excellent types of bread and cakes, enjoyed by our customers throughout Bristol and beyond.

 

Reflecting the cosmopolitan city of Bristol, we draw inspiration for our breads from around the globe - Scandinavian rye, Irish soda, Tuscan olive, Grecian olive, Italian tomato, Jewish challah, American bagels, Swiss rye and not forgetting the famous overnight dough made to a traditional English recipe.
