Rye Bread

Rye flour makes a very tasty alternative to wheat flour, although in some of our rye breads we mix the two flours together.

We offer two 100% rye breads.  The first is our organic sourdough rye, which contains only a little yeast, and the second is our Scandinavian Pumpernickel containing black treacle and caraway seeds.

Our Swiss and Alpine ryes  are mixed with wheat flour together with date and apricot or walnuts.  Truly a feast for your tastebuds!
