White bread

Our white bread, all made from the unbleached flour with no added gluten, comes in many different shapes and sizes.  Our most popular range is our 'overnight' dough.  This recipe and method comes from an old Wilthsire bakery where the dough is left to rise literally overnight.  This creates a delightful texture and taste that is second to none - truly bread made in the old fashioned (and better!) way.
